During a particular tough year with regards to my health, my husband and I did a 30 day detox. At the beginning, it was overwhelming to realize how restricted our food options were, and how little references existed on how to prepare them.
My love for food and learning new skills drove me to create my own savory recipes that would help us stay committed through the entire length of the detox!
Now, years after that challenge, we still keep the majority of the recipes on our regular rotation, and one day I hope to combine them all (and then some!) in this book!!
